edCognito
Trusted Partner in School Improvement
About edCognito
At edCognito, we believe every student deserves a choice-filled future—and every educator deserves the support needed to make that future possible.
Founded by Georgia Master Teacher and veteran instructional leader Tracer Gramm, edCognito partners with schools and districts to improve student outcomes through practical systems, meaningful coaching, and data-informed decision-making.
Every school has unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
That's why we work alongside educators to identify priorities, uncover root causes, strengthen instruction, and build sustainable systems that support long-term success.
Our Approach
Our work is guided by a simple philosophy:
Identify the right problem.
Address it intentionally.
Measure progress.
Repeat until mastery.
